Did your stomach feel like there was a tight belt on it? 

That’s good advice, I’m going to try a bit of chair yoga but know my limits.  Did you ever feel like there was a constricting belt around your stomach?

the operation was a success and no further treatment is required just regular check ups.  I’m hoping to get back to normal in a few months, well what’s normal now, but I’m hoping for freedom from pain and a steady lifestyle around my eating.  

Hi my husband has just finished 5 weeks of chemoradiation  and has a PET scan next week to check things before surgery. He is T3. Can I ask how long you were in hospital and how long until you were able to get about?

Start chemo Friday  4 rounds then operation  just a bit concerned  about my weight i am a big lad but i am losing  weight with exercise and watching  what i eat 

No ot didn't.  I did have food gathering/stuck in the join and when that happened I had a severe burning sensation

 I'd suggest pushing for a chest x'tay yo see what's going on

Hi I was in hospital for two and a half weeks.  I’m still very slow but can now go for a short walk and wash the dishes! My operation was 30.3.23.  Everyone is different though.

Hi I’ve spoken with the hospital GI nurse and she’s happy with it all and no concerns as constricting can happen in some patients 

Good luck Nic nac! I even said the day before my operation “well I’ll have a guilt free rest for eight hours “ but that’s just my sense of humour
