Feeling ok for weeks until last Saturday when sudden change. No strength or energy - definitely an end run as also having great difficulty in eating and am losing 3kg a week in weight. Hoping for some palliative care soon. Also for my wife who is in the closing stages of pancreatic cancer. She will need emotional support if I go first as our families live hundreds of miles away. I have had one meeting with a member of the Macmillan team but have no contact number for him.
