Hi guys,
I’ve just had round 2 of post op flot (though the infusion bottle didn’t empty this time) and feeling absolutely awful. My mind is working overtime considering what to do next. Do I call it quits and stop now, go for round 3 but reduce the dose or go the full wack and continue to feel awful. The side effects have been terrible, complete exhaustion, sickness and nausea, shivers and sweats. Struggling to eat due to nausea so weight dropping off again. What a dilemma- just want to get back to some sort of normality and feel well again.
Just been selected for the sarong trial too and been put on the intensive arm of it, anyone else doing or done this.

Hi Nicky
thanks so much for your reply - post op chemo just sucks! You see I feel like mentally I can’t do anymore, never mind the physical side. In such a dilemma of what to do for the best.
The neuropathy is definitely worse this time I even get it on the warmest of days and it sends my lips tingly too.
will speak to oncology this week and see what they suggest.
so good to hear you are doing so well - gives me lots of hope for sure
