Hi I posted about my mum's diagnosis. It was detected via an endoscope and then had a PET scan. She had an appointment yesterday to discuss results of PET scan. Tumour couldnt be seen on it. He said it's small and now wants to look at how deep into muscle the tumour is. If it's not deep they can just remove it as a day patient via a laparoscopy.
Mum and I are hopeful this route is taken. Does anyone have experience of this procedure? Many thanks
