Over the last few days my husband's gastric reflux has turned bright yellow.
In your experience does this inducate that the cancer has spread to his liver?
Or has he giot a new problem such as bile reflux.

Oh French Hen, I am sorry to read this, and I don't have an answer for you, if you haven't already are you able to call his Chemo nurse?
My knowledge of bile is that it can be bright yellow, but I do not know, in your husbands situation on whether there is more to it than that, and I imagine the sooner the MDT are aware of it the quicker they can look at what treatment can be offered to relieve the symptom.
