Oesophageal cancer beyond help

we afraid to say he had all 4 lots of chemo all the mri xrays tests and just before op due doctor ask about a dark match on bowel never had problems and then op went down but stopped as this mass was huge and from bios not good big C spread either from oesophageal to bowel or the other way round secondary cancer and been given to 6 months to year more or less with care with pain relief broken husband how hell am i to cope with this to keep given him comfort to cope all he wants is to die now no more chemo's no more pocking no more stabs  i just dont know what to do i already just crying as so upset with it all he scared and upset ,
