Hi sorry I haven't been on for a while 2 weeks ago I had major problems keeping food down I ended up contacting the cancer hospital who told me to go straight to nhs 24 then put local adoc who got me admitted straight to hospital because of the problems I had been having they decided to fit a Nasojejunal tube it had been helping and I'm still managing to eat soup and ice cream
Twice this week when I have been flushing it out the water had been coming out the top of my tube so when I put the syringe in just water comes out usually but tonight all the soup I had tonight came back up the tube after the water came spurting out. I am going to phone my nutritionist and health visitor tomorrow to see what they can do I think this has something to do with the radiotherapy. I am looking to see if anyone else has had the same problem. Mandy

Sorry to read that trouble that you have been having with the feeding tube and that you have not had any responses so far on the forum, How are you doing at the moment?
Did you speak to the nutritionist and health visitor, I do hope they have been able to help.
