Yes, but it was very expensive, I went for an annual policy, I dont know that I would recommend any particular company. Theres a thread somewhere and our wonderful wee me has links. Europe seems cheaper than the Carribean.

its been a couple of years but we got cover for my late husband via this firm Travel Insurance with Medical Conditions | AllClear Travel  It was pricey (around £300 for a week to France in 2022) but they did cover him. I'll mention one thing though- when I spoke to them to arrange the cover they asked some very direct questions so be prepared.
