Has anyone been having olparin trail with radiotherapy and temozolomide. I wonder how they got on with it and terms of treatment for Glioblstoma.

that trial isn't one that I have seen mentioned within this community but hopefully one of the other members will be along shortly to share a personal experience with you.
My personal experience lies in supporting my late husband G through his GBM journey. He was first diagnosed in Sept 2020 and there were no clinical trials offered to us at that time. He went through the 6 weeks of TMZ and radiotherapy with no real issues but opted to decline all further offers of TMZ.
