Good Morning,

Hope you are all well!

I wanted to find out if anyone has experienced a decline in memory and cohesiveness since completing a cycle of temozolomide? My Dad completed his first round last week and seems to have declined cognitively. I wondered if this was normal?

Hello. Sorry to hear about your dad. I am on day 13 of temo and so far no side effects. However this might be unusual, Oncologist keeps phoning to see if I have side effects yet and has said to expect them, second/third week.

did you mention these changes to the CNS or dr? I would suggest calling out any changes like this. It might just be a medication tweak that is needed but the medical team are best placed to advise here as they know your dad best.
