I’m sorry to say my darling husband passed away on Monday. He’d been discharged from hospital and I went to pick him up, he collapsed as he was getting into the car - we understand it was a massive heart attack - and he died soon after.
we, as you can guess, are broken, but thank you for your support while I’ve been here xxx
