Hello everyone. I am new to the group. I am in remission from stage3 NHL. In all I have had NHL 3 times progressing from 1 to 3 over 25 years. Generally i am now well. I have read all the postings on the site and have experienced many of the issues. I am here to tell you that survival is both possible and real. I am a great believer in having a positive attitude. But i also know that it does not work for everyone.
Initially i was treated with RChop but because i had had max number of doses, the last treatment was Bendamustin and Retuximab . Now I am on a therapy regime of Rituximab. Injection every 3 months over period for 2 years, i am half way through and until recently with no adverse effect. But I have developed Uricaria. Its quite severe and i wondered if anyone else has experienced this? I was recently prescribed with 180ml Fexofenadine and i am using Eurax and E45 anti itch. Nothing really working. Any advice out there?
Hi and welcome, some of the treatment ‘left bees’ can be challenging and frustrating. I personally have not had hives but to some measure can understand what you are dealing with as I had a rare Skin NHL.
Are you being seen by a Dermatologist? if not you may want to ask to be referred as the skin is such a complicated organ and these are the experts ((hugs))
