Hello everyone,
Been diagnosed with CLL (aggressive) as also TP53 + del17p + del11q mutations (which means I also don't respond to chemo) and metastisis to bone cancer. I was also misdiagnosed with DLBCL (Richter's Transformation) but the local pathologist made a mistake and, despite undergoing 4 sessions of chemo, I have now stopped chemo and confirmed I do not have DLBCL (ho hum). Does anyone have an aggressive CLL due to genetic mutations? Where can I get info about this, especially prognosis regarding treatment with Ibrutinib, and resistance to Ibrutinib, and resistance to Venetoclax? I'm a bit fed up with the "Don't worry your pretty little head" attitude - this is my life and I really need info about prognosis.
Thank you for any information you feel able to provide.
When my Heamatology Consultant said that blood cancer were pure science he was not wrong.
I hope you get some answers.
