Hello. I’m new to this group. I finally navigated around this site and found the correct group for leukaemia. I was diagnosed last July. Watch and wait game. However it has become active and I have enlarged lymph nodes in both sides of my neck. Also a suspicious lump in neck. I have a two hour appt coming up soon at Queens cancer hospital cottingham. Very nervous. More than nervous because I think I know what’s coming. I’m not a stranger to cancer. 5 members of my family had cancer. I’ve lost three of them. But no one with leukaemia. Very odd. Sleep is a luxury I don’t seem to have at the moment I thought I would go for years not needing any treatment as CLL is meant to be a slow grower. I have no idea what these people are going to say to me at this appt or if and what treatment will be given. Has anyone else on this forum had treatment for Cll ? I’m hoping I will sleep better when I have this appt and find out what is happening to me.
