Hi and welcome to this little corner of the Community but sorry to hear that your mum's CLL has become active.
I had a different type of blood cancer so did not have this therapy but there are a number on this group and in some of the other blood cancer groups who have had the targeted therapy Ibrutinib and have done well on it, some with side effects but other with non so lets see if any one will pick up on your question.
I also had a targeted therapy as part of my long treatment and had no effects what so ever so lets look for the same for your mum.
