Waiting to go to the hospital Friday. can’t eat. Physically feeling not hungry
It may be that it’s the anxiety causing you to lose your appetite for now. You’re stressed, and that can cause us not to feel hungry.
Maybe try to eat small amounts more regularly if you can face anything? Thinking about meals can put you off, but even having small things or snacks can be helpful to keep you going. You need to look after yourself.
