Hello
I have posted once before (so I am not quite a newbie)!
I have recently finished five weeks of treatment (radiotherapy daily, chemotherapy once a week). This had to be followed by 3 weekly sessions of Brachytherapy (I have completed two sessions and the 3rd session is to take place on Tuesday 28th Feb). I will have my scans after this to see if it's been successful.
For anyone worried about the Brachytherapy, please try not too! I worried myself sick about it, but it hasn't been anything like I imagined it would be(you just end up being treated like a princess all day, while you relax), that's the way it makes me feel, honestly.
Glad to answer any questions you might have
Hi Vanderstadt
Nearly all over now for you. It’s normal to have a wait of around 3 months to check how you’re doing, so hope you’ll let us know how it goes.

Hi Sarah
I have the second part of my treatment for Lymphoma to go through yet!
I have had 3 cycles of R-chop chemo prior to the treatment of my cervical cancer; I will return to the R-chop treatment program last week in March( one treatment every 3 weeks for 3 cycles. Should finish June/July
Hi Vanderstadt
I’m so sorry for not remembering you had this double whammy to deal with. So you have a little break now until your chemo starts again, but it’s such a lot to go through.
I hope you are coping ok and have a good support network around you.
Sarah xx
