Recently diagnosed, petrified.

• Yes I'm in the UK. My cancer nurse said I should expect surgery by January at the latest. I'm very grateful it's all moving so fast. Are you in the UK? 

yes but i have had to wait longer than you so i guess it depends on area x hope the replies on here have helped you calm down a little, its a big shock so give yourself some grace x 

Hi Buster2024 so sorry to hear about your experience , it’s an awful shock and can be hard to take in.  I have had the diagnosis 1b2 and will now be having g my op on 2/1 was originally planned for NYE but now rescheduled due to consultant which is good news.

Just to add-I had some very bad days early on where I felt very scared and anxious to the point of derealisation where life felt surreal, its a big shock so go easy on yourself x i still havent processed it but not as bad as at the beginning of it sll x
