Hey guys thought I would write a quick post. I hope your all doing as well as can be and are keeping your spirits high. This is my fifth week in of chemoradiation can't believe I'm here after the first week I generally didn't know how I was going to do 4 more but I have I only have 2 treatments left before the internal. I had an MRI yesterday and am so relieved to be told today that my tumour has shrunk to less than half the size it was. I was petrified waiting to hear but now I'm just so overwhelmed knowing these weeks haven't been for nothing. I've met some absolutely amazing people in the way and I thank you guys for your kind words and support. I know my journey isn't quite over yet but I've got this and so has any if you reading this

    Ha ok hun x

  • Things are definitely improving but I still have fatigue and pure brain fog!! I'm convinced I'm getting Alzheimer's!! Lol..had a physical exam with consultant last week and she is happy with me. She said I'd have my MRI sometime in mid to late June so I'm keeping everything crossed for a good result! Are you having brachy or are you completely finished with treatment?

Hahaha sorry but I can't help but laugh at that. When I heard the need for serious clit stimulation I was literally howling. Thanks though hun I guess it's because it's unknown at the moment. X

To think my oncologist said my reaction to the news traumatised his staff to where I am now huge difference. I can't believe this is my last day of the 5 weeks. I've almost done it. X

  • Gosh, that’s not a very nice thing to say at all! I don’t think they always engage their brains before opening their mouths.

You're such a trooper and have turned everything completely around which is just amazing. So proud of you!
