Hi there,

I was dx w SBC on 25 November. Has been the hardest month getting to grips w my new reality.

I'm wondering if there's anyone in SE London or Central that would like to meet up or chat or if anyone knows of good support places. I'd really like to meet others in the same boat as me as its impossible to understand otherwise.

Not in London or nearby, but sending you hugs. Does your hospital have a meet-up group?

Hi Caroline,

I recently went on a residential to a hotel where I met with other ladies in the same boat. It was all paid for through Breast Cancer now.

Mine was with the one for younger women together.

It was my breast care nurse who recommend it and it was fab. Other attendees came from all over the place to join it and they hold them in all different areas of the country.

Chat with your nurse and she should be able to point you in the right direction. X
