My current Endocrine treatment ( Abemaciclib & Fulvestrant) isn’t working anymore & my cancer has spread. I need to decide on a new Endocrine treatment, between Letrazole or Exemestane. Does anyone have any experience of either or any advise please.

Just had results from recent ct scan - and all stable ! Ca15 marker has gone down to 12 so really pleased! Continuing with phesgo and demenusab injections, such a relief. The time waiting for results is awful, kept trying to put it to back of my mind...
