Hi all
I am not really sure how this works, had seen Tuna's chat and wasn't sure how to continue on that discussion. I too have just been diagnosed, officially on Wednesday. Have many supportive family and friends, but feel slightly isolated not knowing anyone going through the same. I am 40, mum of 3 young boys just trying to get my head round things and seek the positives. Xxx
Hi and a very warm welcome to the online community
I'm sorry to read that you've just been diagnosed with secondary breast cancer and that you're also finding it difficult to navigate your way around the community.
I agree that it can be a little tricky at first but if you want to continue a discussion that someone else has started, just click 'reply', which you'll see at the bottom of their post. If you click on this link it'll take you back to Tuna's post where you can then reply.
When you have a minute, it would be really useful if you could pop something about your journey so far into your profile as it really helps others when answering or looking for someone with a similar diagnosis. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Edit Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
I hope this helps but if you need any more help just reply to this post.
