Is anyone able to share their journey for treatment for HER2 positive breast cancer liver mets. Unfortunately I was diagnosed as having liver mets from my second primary breast cancer. Have had chemo and that hasn’t had any effect. Now on Phesgo but had that for year three years ago following chemo then and still ended up with liver mets so don’t hold out much hope really.

  • Hi  and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.

While you're waiting for replies, it would be great if you could put something about your diagnosis and treatment to date into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. • Hi my wife also is HER2+ with liver, Retroperitoneal lymph and bone mets. Last year she was takibg Herceptin but now on Enhertu. We havent actually seen the scans but have bern told that the liver lesions are shrinking after only a small number of Enhertu infusions

  • Hi.  I am presuming you are in Scotland if your wife is having Enhertu?

  • Its a good question. Enhertu afaik not available England for HER2 low, but is for positive. I confirmed this with NICE and my wife has now had 4 infusions. Good results so far but side effects severe
