Spread to liver

Hi I  was diagnosed in October 2022 with Mets in spine, pelvis and Liver. I've been on Ribociclib, Letrozole and Denosumab since and touch wood have stayed stable. I know it's worrying when you hear your liver is involved just follow the treatment plan and listen to your body. Good luck x

Thanks.  Starting Capecitabine in a few weeks once DPD bloods come back.  Currently on steroids for inflamed liver 

Meant to say, new lesion on each breast. How often do ER/HER2 statuses change? Should I request a new biopsy? (despite how awful the first one was) Could the ribo and letrozole have stopped working because those receptors have changed?
