Just had a call from BCN to tell me consultant wants to review my case next Thursday before putting me back on chemo - capecitabine - following an MRI scan. Timing is rubbish. Looks like they might put me on radiotherapy for shoulder pain. Anyone had this treatment and was it a one off or a series of blasts
Hi
i was recently diagnosed with secondary breast cancer in my spine. I had one blast of radio which did cause more pain initially ( I was warned it would be a few days) but after about three weeks the pain almost gone. I am now on chemo tablet palbociclib and Letrozole which I started immediately after the radiotherapy.
