Nearly 3 years after lumpectomy

I had DCIS and had a lumpectomy in June 2022.

I went back to hospital over a week ago as I had noticed a change in same breast...my breast above lumpectomy scar has sunk in to my chest. They did a mammogram and I go back on Monday 17th for a scan. Obviously I'm worried And wonder if anyone has had similar?

Hi, no advice but wanted to wish you the best!

I had a lumpectomy last Wednesday and sentinel node removal, awaiting results but know how it messes with your head.

I hope you get good news but at least you spotted, and have done something about it too x

Hi, I've been back a couple of times for some unknown lumps and bumps in the 4 years since I had my lumpectomy so it's always good to get things checked out. Hope the scan went well. Best wishes

Thank you do much for your reply. I'm so lucky everything was ok ..a cyst was drained and all good. I'm glad I went x
