Hi everyone. I never thought I would be back on here. I had mastectomy in 2021 with implant. All seemed well until it had already spread to lymph nodes. 7 out of 14 positive. Had to have EC chemo 5 months followed by radiotherapy. The RT ruined the implant so I had it replaced. It’s happened again capsular contracture so I’m booked for surgery on 30th March. I cant decide if I should try “third time lucky” or just have it removed.
i don’t think I could cope with a diep.
I never wanted to go flat but maybe that’s my best option?
is there anyone out there with a similar story?

Hello Irishgirl16, thank you for getting in touch and thank you for passing on the number. I may well give them a call. We are nearly half way through March and my planned surgery is 30th. I’m still unsure!! I hope you are well xx
