I hope you're all as well as can be...
I recently completed chemotherapy and breast radiotherapy and I'm planning a sunny holiday next month.
The radiographer stressed the importance of sun protection of the radiotherapy area. She suggested SPF50 and keeping the area covered with clothing whilst in the sun.
I'm Black and have never used sun cream. Anyone have any suggestions of brands for ultra sensitive skin please?
Also, has anyone discovered brands of swimwear, which cover the upper half, they'd recommend? I have seen some swim t-shirts which I'm going to try and I've also seen the wetsuit style tops, has anyone tried these?
Please share your stories of how you've managed in the sun post treatment.

Oh that should be nice but humid and hot. Summers are brutal but having lived here for 37 years you’d think I wouldn’t mind. But with these hormone blockers and hot flashes it can be rough.
this hat is great as brim is about 5 inches so great coverage. It is from coolibar and they have so many nice ones. An roll up the hat and put in luggage too.
