HER2+ treatment with Phesgo

Hi, I've just moved to my 4th chemo cycle where I'm also having Phesgo injections. Does anyone have any tips on dealing with the aches, pains that come from the injections. I'm having adhoc paracetamol and using a heated blanket but wondered if anyone had used anything else. Thank you Blush

  • Hey - I’m having similar pains, just feels like every muscle has been pulled or over exercised! I take warm baths and rest, plus ibruprofen- plus try to walk everyday  sorry not much help! I do feel your pain! The Breast Cancer Now forums are full of women complaining about Phesgo muscle ache! Unfortunately it seems the oncologists are a bit unhelpful when it comes to mild side effects. I’m told it goes when the treatment ends. Sorry not much help!

    Do you tend to find the aches carry though to your next injection or does it ease?

Help us do whatever it takes, because we’ve never been needed more.
