Hi All,
After a mastectomy, lymph node clearance, 7 cycles of chemo and starting both HER2 and hormone therapy, I’m due to have a second lymph node surgery next week. I went to have a mag seed inserted this morning and they have been unable to do it due to the difficult location of the lymph node.
Does anyone have any experience with treatment of difficult lymph nodes? I don’t know whether to continue with the surgery or hope that radiotherapy will get to it. My team was quite surprised that the chemo didn’t treat it and, after this morning, I’m really worried nothing will work
