Hi so diagnosed 4 years ago HER2 stage 2 with lymph node involvement, wide incision lumpectomy and nodes removed, followed by 8 sessions of chemotherapy and then 15 sessions of radiotherapy. I have also had 7 sessions of Zometa. I am also on letrozole and to be honest the side effects have not been to bad, I am however suffering really badly from hot flushes/night sweats, I have heard that taking sage can be helpful for this has anyone heard this or know of anything that I can take to try to reduce the flushes/sweats. Thank you in advance xx

  • Hi , I’m taking tamoxifen and am having really bad hot flushes . My oncologist recommended taking Serelys Meno , it’s natural with polen extract . I’ve been taking it for a few weeks now and it seems to be helping a bit particularly during the day .  I’ve heard that sage helps too but haven’t tried it .
