Hi Everyone
i have been on Abemaciclib and Letrozole since December. I have had the same sort of side effects as everyone else sore joints diarrhoea, constipation and pins and needles in my fingers and toes just to name a few. At the moment I have really bad flatulance which is delightful. Has anyone else had this problem. It is not just a small puff either
