  • Thank you so much for this link.  Have started reading it and I surely know the importance of phytoestrogens.  I do eat a plant based diet soy tofu, tempeh, soy milk, edamame etc are a big part of my food choices.  Got to do what we can and the research is interesting about resveretrol too.  Used to take it as a supplement but stopped as was concerned about what dosage etc snd estrogens activity.  
    Gotta read the whole article.
