Hi Gracee
Sorry to hear that you were diagnosed with breast cancer and that you have bouts of excessive drinking but it's good that you want to do something about it. Have you talked to your GP about your drinking? If you haven't it would to a good idea to get their advice on what to do about it. If you don't feel like talking to your GP why not ring the Macmillan helpline and I'm sure the person at the end of the phone can help point you in the right direction. I'm sending you the link to the different ways that you can get support from Macmillan. This is it: https://www.macmillan.org.uk/cancer-information-and-support/get-help.
Hope this is of some help to you.
Best wishes

Hi Gracee
Firstly, well done for confronting this and being so brave to admit that you need help. All of us at some time need help. I haven’t used Macmillan but I hear that they are amazing at offering support so that is great that you are going to check it out. You have overcome the biggest hurdle by admitting you drink too much, that is such a hard thing to do. You will get through this and just know that all of us here are behind you, willing you on. Good luck.
