I wonder if I can ask for experience from anyone who has had a mastectomy and LD Flap reconstruction **without** implants?
I'm about a D/DD cup at the moment and dress size 12 (I'm hardly skeletal!) But speaking with the surgeon today my only option using my own tissue seems to be SMX and then LD Flap, but if I want them to match I'll need breast reduction on the other side, taking me down to around an A cup.
I don't really care I don't think, but I really don't want an implant! I can't seem to find many examples of people who had an LD flap and stayed totally 'natural'! Is there anyone out there? How do you feel?
