Use of Micropore tape on wound following nipple removing lumpectomy

Hi I just got a piece of gauze and tucked it into bra or you could tape it one end so the air still circulates and stops any friction . Good luck x

Yes; my BCN advised me to use gauze too.

Hello,  I would not use the tape as it could stick or irritate.  Gauze should work fine.  Sounds like you are doing well

Yes it is hard to grasp the whole thing and having said I had breast cancer seems strange.  I know I have had only  one mammogram since  everything I like to use the verb had rather than have.

If any wounds on seams and gauze isn't thick enough a panty liner  works well,  I used underneath my breast where skin had broken down from radiotherapy.
