Odour in armpit after mastectomy and lymph node biopsy

Hello. I used a damp flannel the day after and by day 2 I had a shower as I wanted to wash my hair. They recommend you have shower jets on back and not soak boob. It may be different if you have mastectomy so worth checking although this maybe hard as it Saturday. I was given the attached link on paperwork. Does this help you at all

Unfortunately I’m not allowed to shower until my dressings come off which will be 16 days after surgery. I can sit in a shallow bath and wash the rest of me but the scars and dressings can’t get wet. Mine was mastectomy with lymph node so the armpit scar can’t get wet either. Think I just have to put up with it. Thanks for the reply.
