I shall be taking my first pill tonight before bedtime...that’s my excitement for the weekend!
Thought perhaps it was an insect bite but there’s nothing there, the first joint feels stingy inside & hurts if I press it but fingers on my left hand are ok. I was told by a BCN to stop taking my “Menopace” vitamins when I was diagnosed as they also had soy isoflavones. Heard that glucosamine and fish oils for joints is recommended, will give it a try.
Yes I have salmon every week, also eat tinned tuna and mackerel
Too true! Had to start blood pressure pills in June, gave me nausea , hot flushes and up to toilet every night. Pills were changed, same problems but no nausea. Since then GP has tried to get me on statins, my total cholesterol was only .38 above. Then surgery had the cheek to send me a “Happy 65th Birthday” letter and underneath it said...”You are now eligible for the pneumococcal vaccine. I want to write back “Please Leave me alone!”
