Hi Caput. I’m sure the benefit of chemotherapy for a score of 0-26 differs depending on whether you are over or under 50 years old. For higher than 26 the benefit for chemotherapy is equally high regardless of age.
I am going for hormone therapy which is Anastrozole and Bisphosphonates. Waiting for an appointment for a bone density scan to see if I am eligible for iv Bisphosphonates instead of tablets. I have decided not to go for chemotherapy.
Good luck with the rest of your treatment, my onco score was 20 I was told chemotherapy was of little extra benefit so I thankfully did not have to make the choice
