Hi BC club x,
I was wondering if any members had any experience to share with me about endocrine therapy prior to surgery? I'm stage 3 with an area of concern of 70mm x 60mm, upper left quadrant, with a few tumours, which i think are all linked - cancer is mixed ductal and lobular cancer. Because of the cancer type it isn't clear how big it is, as it's not a lump, more spiders web like i guess. I have been given letrozole and goserelin. I am about to start ribociclib. This drug combo is to halt the tumours progress and to shrink it enough so they can operate.
I can find lots of info on letrozole post op, and also lots of info on ribociclib for metastatic, or advanced cancer; but not much info on locally advanced cancer.
Hugs

Hi pdc1
I don't have the experience you're looking for but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. This is probably because this is such a busy group that it has fallen off the first page before someone with the experience you need has seen it.
I typed 'endocrine therapy' into the search bar at the top of the page and found these previous posts for you to have a look through. You could reply to any of the more recent posters if you think they might be able to help you further.
