I had edema and limb pain for 8 years before being diagnosed with breast cancer. It turned out that the treatment contributes to increased inflammation and pain during movement, slows the heart rate, and therefore causes fluid retention in the body. When there is fluid stagnation, swelling, intoxication, limb pain, and restricted movement are observed.
I went through all the stages of treatment. I am now in remission of Letrozole, which also negatively affects the limbs and movements.
I have visited a Chinese medical doctor for a month now, who manages to reduce pain and swelling. Uses various methods of treatment - acupuncture, herbs, suction cups, EMC. He says liver regeneration and movement are the main goals. I started going to the water gym and swimming. The movements in the pool are much more painless. I feel like I'm starting to recover.
I share my experience, hoping you will find your own way to relieve symptoms.
Hi
I'm sorry to read how badly you've been affected by treatment but thanks very much for taking the time to post about what you've found helps you. I'm sure this in turn will help others.
