Can anyone advise me on this ?
I am being really positive at the moment and looking forward to the end of my 6 months chemo and radiotherapy for triple negative breast cancer in October.
I have spoken to my oncologist , who is happy for me to book a holiday at Christmas (Covid allowing) and she expects me to make a full recovery.
However, I know every case is different but can anyone give me a rough idea on how much extra my worldwide travel insurance will go up by due to my cancer ? Also any recommendations for good insurance companies when dealing with cancer patients in remission ?

I hope you don't mind me butting in, as I'm not a member of this group, but I noticed that you are asking about travel insurance .
Unfortunately travel insurance can be more expensive when you've had a cancer diagnosis so could I suggest that you come and join us over in the travel insurance group where you'll find lots of recommendations.
To join just click on the link I've created and once you've done that look for the thread called 'Recommended Travel Insurance' as it's where the majority of recommendations from other forum members are.
It is best to phone the insurance companies rather than try and do online quotes as sometimes they can refer to the underwriters to see if they would cover you when an online quote might just give you a straight refusal.
Make sure you have all the information to hand about your diagnosis and treatment before phoning. This is a list of things an insurer might want to know and some insurers might ask for a letter from your doctor to prove that it is okay for you to travel.
I do hope that you can get some reasonably priced insurance and that you have a lovely holiday wherever you decide to go.
