I started out taking snacks but soon learned that moving slows treatment as the pumps tend to stop if I move. My left hand lacks dexterity due to MS and of course I had SNB on left chest so my good right hand has the cannula and I’ve found them sensitive to me moving the hand. I haven’t missed food during chemo at all have to say. Hope it goes well for you xx
The omeprazole is working for me thank goodness so this week has been better. Post chemo I’d love to visit friends and family that are far away that I haven’t seen for ages but not sure I’ll feel safe doing it in September. Maybe a bit later. I guess I’ll have RT to get through shortly after chemo ends. Do you have plans? Spoke to oncologist today and I’m cleared to start cycle 3 on Friday if bloods are ok. Strange what passes for good news at the moment!
