Mattress recommendations?

We had bought spring with a layer of memory foam on top a year before my diagnosis. 

yes the hot flushes in the summer make it tough but it’s still so comfortable that I cope with the use of a fan and very few layers, use a duvet cover without the duvet in it, or an old sheet. 

it certainly helps the achey joints, and now that I’ve been on anti oestrogen meds a couple of years the hot flushes are mostly just after I wake. So I can mop/use a fan/stand up till it eases if it’s in the night, and get up early if need be. 
We went for comfort!
