Has anyone taken these to help with joint pain ?
Does it have the opposite effect to the letrozole tablets?
Is anyone seeing a difference.?
I tried them for about six weeks and found a slight difference, but stopped as they may be a bad idea with ER+ breast cancer. They reduce inflammation and may stop certain tumour pathways but are also oestrogenic. No one knows for sure from what I've read if they're safe.... like tofu I guess!
Hi yes I read theoretically they can have the opposite effect and can make things worse...coming off them...
Have you tried anything else.
I'm trying glucosamine
Loratadine helps me a bit.
How does this help with joint pain.?
It's an allergy tablet
