Has anyone else on here had a triple negative diagnosis, wondered what my treatment route might be. Hopefully I will get more information soon from hospital.
Yeah I’ve been advised the 1st week of every cycle which is carb and pac does make you feel crap. But also it’s about how your body copes inside which like you say reflects in your bloods. God fingers crossed for me. I’ll let you know how I get on this week. Glad you’re doing better on EC that’s the Red Devil one isn’t it.
Lumpectomy 12 rounds abraxane 1 round AC, radiation. Abraxane is tough not sure it will be tolerated until the last session very painful on the joints and bones.
just checking so 1st chemo today went quick, god the cold cap was bloody awful, I suffer with sinus pain and migraines in general think I might struggle with that cap. It took me three hours to actually get used to it and be comfortable. Been fine at home so fingers crossed, I’ve got some throbbing pains in legs, feet and hips is that something you experienced. How’s EC have you’ve started yet?
I am glad your first time went quick for you because they can be long days. Sorry the cold cap was bad for you I was told if I suffered from headache or migraine it might not be a good idea to use them. Do you think you will carry on with it ?
I didn't have throbbing pains just muscle and joint pain a few days after but walking helped with that. I made a note of what side effects and when I had them that helped me plan things. I start my EC on tomorrow I am a little nervous but the nurse sits with you when you have it which is nice because I have got to know them now. Xxx
