yeah first lot of EC sent body over the edge white and red blood cells went down was being treated for neutrophenic sepsis. They had to inject me to get neutrophils back up and give me lots of iv antibiotics because of the infection. Then my red blood cells were still low this week so I had a blood transfusion. Tuesday I’m having a blood test to see if I’m well enough for 2nd round of EC Wednesday at a lower dose this time. 
so pleased yours has shrunk, now for operation. Sorry to hear you have infection wish you better

yeah doing much Better now, they reduced the 2nd session of EC for me which I had last week seem to be coping with that this time. 

I can totally understand you feeling nervous it’s a big thing. This is now the removal get rid and then onto the final stage. I really hope it all goes well. Stay strong and focused I know that’s easy to say. You’ve come so far and done so well.

I am new to this Forum and was given a stage 4 TNBC diagnosis last year. My cancer has metastasized into my stomach. I was started on Paclitaxel chemo which has kept my cancer stable for a year but I am just starting Sacutuzumab and I have just finished my 3rd cycle.  It is a targeted chemo and I am waiting for my next Pet scan to see if anything has changed.  I have met a few people having the same treatment and I would be interested to hear yours and how it has effected you.

The opp went fine I was out the same day I am in a  little pain. They never really said just what I can and can't do keep doing the exercises each day. I just potter about.

I am glad the reduced dose is working for xx

Oh I’m glad operation went well, that’s another part of this process completed onto recovery now. Have they mentioned radiotherapy next?
