Hi everyone diagnosed 13 Sept 2024 4 tumors left breast. 6cm 3cm 2x 2cm. Had left breast removed 24th October 8 lymph nodes removed 4 with cancer.
sent for scan on 12 November needed to have dye to up any spread elsewhere. Have been scheduled for further surgery 21st Nov if scan is clear I need all lymph nodes out . Told I would be rung by cancer nurse today for results no one rang all my family waiting as well disappointing to say the least. I do have a wonderful surgeon though.
Hi Maria welcome to the forum. I am so sorry that the Nurse didn't get back to you as they indicated they would. There could be lots of different reasons for that but nonetheless it's annoying when you are waiting..I would give them a ring on Monday and find out what's going on after all this is your body, your health. Sending some huge big hugs your way for now and wishing you a speedy recovery. Xxx
