DCIS, Masectomy,lump found, BRAC2, Tamoxifen for 11 years, just recently found large swelling in chest wall, scan done, needle biopsy, CT scan and core biopsy, said it is large tumour also showing fluid in lymph nodes, waiting on treatment plan 23rd Nov, said it would be chemo or chemo tablet's to get it 2 shrink before surgery, heads melted, is this secondary cancer

Welcome to the forum and I am sorry to hear that you were diagnosed with breast cancer and it has come back. I can't say for certain that's it's Secondary breast cancer, the best person to ask would be your breast care nurse.
