Sorry to hear you’ve been diagnosed too. I have a 41mm lobular one too on the left. I feel like the tests have been going on forever but have had the MRI and see the consultant on Thurs for a treatment plan. It is likely to be a lumpectomy & radiotherapy for me but we will find out soon. Glad you’ve got plenty of support & focusing on recovering well. Sending loads of good wishes xx

Hi , I hope you get your treatment plan asap, abd then a date for surgery , I’ve not had to wait long fortunately, so concentrating on op now in 2days time then a good road to recovery , keep in touch and good luck and best wishes xx

Morning, I have lobular breast cancer, 7.2cm confirmed yesterday which is considerably larger than the 3cm they initially thought. Single mastectomy booked for 10/11/23 and possible chemo starting a few weeks after that. Did you have a CT and Bone scan as I’ve got to have those due to the size? Just hoping it hasnt spread to my lymph nodes or anywhere else. I’m 49 x 

I’m really sorry to hear that. I had an MRI & won’t find out until Thursday. I suspect it’s bigger, it feels bigger to me than the 41mm initially stated. No CT or bone scan yet. Keep us posted and I’ll update after I’ve been xx

Hi ,hope you’re ok ? I had an mri to check the size of my lump, it is bigger but only marginally! It’s good they are doing the scans for you prior it will give you and your oncologist a better idea of what they are dealing with , wishing you all the best , much hugs xx
